废弃钻井液处理技术研究进展

摘    要:油田开发过程中会产生大量废弃钻井液,若直接排放将对环境造成严重污染,其治理与利用问题亟待解决。文章综述了针对废弃水基钻井液及废弃油基钻井液的总计15种处理方法,并对比了各方法的优缺点与适用性;指出当务之急是强化固液分离,同时着力开发废弃物综合利用技术;根本解决措施则是不断研发环境友好型钻井液体系,并且严格把关废弃钻井液的源头与过程控制。

Research Progress on Treating Technology of Waste Drilling Fluids

Abstract:A lot of waste drilling fluids will produce in oilfield development;it will cause serious pollution to the environment when discharged directly,so the problems of its governance and use need to be solved.The paper reviewed total 15 kinds of processing techniques for waste water-based and oil-based drilling fluid,compared the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and pointed out that it is imperative to strengthen the solid-liquid separation,while working on a new waste recycling technologies.While,the fundamental solution is to continuously develop environment-friendly drilling fluids,and strictly control the source and process of waste drilling fluids.
