本文通过总结国内外对ERP实施的成功因素法 ,借鉴软件开发过程的能力成熟度模型 ,提供企业一个基于过程改进的“ERP实施的能力成熟度模型” ,把企业ERP实施的能力成熟度用原始级、可重复级、已定义级、可管理级和优化级来区分 ,以求ERP应用企业、ERP软件公司、ERP咨询公司重视对ERP实施的能力成熟度评估 ,使得项目成员能够按照ERP实施步骤预料实施结果与计划的吻合程度 ,促进企业针对实施标准进行持续的过程改进 ,提高ERP软件实施的质量 ,促进企业管理模式的更新 ,使得企业按时、按预算、按效果地完成ERP管理工程
