海军某干休所离休干部心房颤动68例临床分析

目的分析海军离休干部心房颤动(简称房颤)的病因和治疗等相关情况。方法选择68例70岁以上海军离休干部房颤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 68例患者中诊断为阵发性房颤、持续性房颤和持久性房颤的分别为14.7%、13.2%、72.1%;冠心病、高血压和糖尿病是引起房颤的主要原因(67.6%、50.0%、52.9%);房颤患者血栓栓塞事件发生率为19.1%。结论冠心病、高血压和糖尿病是引起海军离休干部房颤的主要原因;房颤患者中持久性房颤比重高;血栓栓塞是房颤的重要并发症,抗凝治疗率低,应引起重视。

Clinical analysis of 68 cases of atrial fibrillation in the navy retired veteran cadres

Objctrtive To analyze etiology and treatment of atrial fibrillation in the navy retired veteran cadres. METHODS:Clinical medical data of 68 cases of atrial fibrillation were selected from the navy retired veteran cadres with an age of over 70,then,a retrospective analysis was made accordingly. RESULTS:Of the 68 patients,14.7%,13.2% and 72.1% of the patients were diagnosed as paroxysmal,constant and persistent atrial fibrillation respectively.Coronary heart disease,hypertension and diabetes(67.6%,50.0%,52.9%) were the major factors that caused atrial fibrillation.Incidence of thromboembolism in patients with atrial fibrillation was 19.1%. CONCLUSION:Coronary heart disease,hypertension and diabetes were the major factors that caused atrial fibrillation among the navy retired veteran cadres.In patients with atrial fibrillation,incidence of persistent atrial fibrillation was relatively higher.Thromboembolism was an important complication of atrial fibrillation,with a low rate of anti-coagulation.With this reason,emphasis should be paid to anti-coagulation.
