| Abstract: | An interrupt source expanded circuit based on serial port is designed for 8031. The circuit that is composed of a priority encoder and a parallel to series converter is very simple. In this case, the serial port operates in mode 0. Through this method, more than 8 interrupt sources are obtained. |
