| 摘 要： | 目的：评价尿激酶（UK）治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的临床疗效。方法：68例ACI患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组用UK15万U静脉推注,续以UK135万U60min内静脉滴注,对照组采用通常的治疗方案,评价治疗前和治疗后神经功能缺损评分。结果：治疗后神经功能缺损评分改善显著（P〈0.01）。结论：早期ACI采用UK治疗比常规治疗起效快、作用强、疗效好,并且安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objeetive：To evaluate efficacy of treatment with Urokinase（UK）for patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods： 68 patients with ACI were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Therapy group was given UK 150000 units Ⅳ injecting,and then 1 350 000 units Ⅳ dripping,control group with usual therapy method. Neurologic defect scoring system at admission and after treatment was evaluated. Results：To compare therapy group and control group, neurologic defect scoring was improved significantly （P〈0. 01）,the execellent rate of therapy group was higher than the control group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Treatment with UK for patients with acute cerebral infarction was a more effective than the conventional therapy,and was safe,reliable and convenient. |
