帕罗西汀治疗非器质性咽异感症的临床疗效观察

目的观察非器质性咽异感症患者给予心理干预和抗焦虑、抑郁治疗的疗效。方法应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价咽异感症患者抑郁、焦虑程度,随机分为治疗组135例,对照组140例。对照组给予心理治疗并加服安慰剂(复合维生素B)药片半片～1片/d,口服;治疗组给予心理治疗并加服盐酸帕罗西汀片10～20mg/d口服。治疗4、8、12周后用HAMD、HAMA量表评分,并记录自觉症状变化。结果治疗组症状较对照组明显好转(P<0.05)。治疗组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论心理干预联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗非器质性咽异感症有较好疗效。

Effects of Psychotherapy and Paroxetine Hydrochloride in Treating Hypertension with Anxiety and Depression

Objective To observe the effects of psychotherapy and paroxetine hydrochloride in treating the hypertension patients with anxiety and depression. Methods Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） evaluation of patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia, depression, anxiety, 135 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 140 cases. Control group was given psychological treatment and services plus placebo （vitamin B） tablets and a half pieces -1 pieces/d, orally; treatment group received psychological treatment and to increase service paroxetine hydrochloride 10- 20mg/d orally. 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment with HAMD, HAMA scale score, and record changes in symptoms. Results The treatment group significantly improved symptoms compared with the control group （P〈 0.05）. Treatment group scores were significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Psychological intervention combined paroxetine treatment of non-organic pharyngeal paraesthesia has a good effect.
