| 摘 要： | 城市地下管网的管理是一项复杂且困难的工作,现在的地下管网管理具有规模庞大、人为影响因素多、权属复杂等特点。目前各产权单位自身信息化建设的工作已经逐步开展。以北京石景山区市政工程管理所的管理体系构建为例,主要介绍了在地理信息系统(GIS)以及大型数据库技术成熟的条件下,应用这些技术手段建立一个适当的共享平台并高效地使用这些信息化的地下管网数据以解决地下管网管理方面的难题,该研究可为保证城市排水管网的正常运行和提高突发事件的处置能力提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Managing urban underground pipe network is hard and complicate work.The current underground pipe network management is very large scale and complicated by multiple human factors and ownerships.Information units of individual companies involving ownership in the network have been gradually developed.The management system construction at the municipal engineering management office of Shijingshan District in Beijing was referenced.A mature GIS and large database technology were created as a platform to share underground pipe network data and solve network management.The research is useful for ensuring the normal operation of urban drainage network and for improving disposal capacity during sudden events. |
