摘    要:工作辊热凸度与轧制时间、轧制速度、轧制节奏、轧辊冷却水等有着密切的关系,充分了解轧辊热凸度在轧制过程中的变化,不仅可以提高宽带钢热连轧机组热辊形的模型控制及预报精度,而且可以通过及时调整轧制节奏,轧辊冷却水系统的工作情况调整轧辊热凸度,对于板形控制具有重要意义。

Abstract:Working roller hot protruding degree and rolling time, rolling speed, rolling rhythm and roller cooling water etc. have close relation, know fully roller hot protruding degree the change in rolling course, the model control and forecast precision that can not only raise the broadband steel hot group hot roll forming of rolling mill can also have important meaning through adjusting the working condition adjustment roller hot protruding degree of rolling rhythm and the roller system of cooling water in time and controling for board shape.
