摘    要:用137Csγ射线照射雄性昆明小鼠,观察饲料中补充染料木黄酮(Genistein,Gen)对抗氧化功能的保护作用,探讨其抗辐射作用的机制。结果表明,Gen可以提高辐射小鼠脾和胸腺组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、降低血清、肝脏和胸腺组织丙二醛(MDA)水平;显著提高辐射小鼠抗氧化功能。

Abstract:Male mice were fed with feedstuff in which different does of genistein or normal diet were added for 2 weeks. Then the mice were irradiated once with 4.0 Gy γ-rays and the changes of their antioxidant function were observed. The T-AOC of mice exposed to radiation and genistein were increased in thymus and spleen, and their MDA concentration were decreased in serum、thymus and liver.The observations suggest that genistein has significant protective effects on antioxidant functions of irradiated mice. 氨基酸和生物资源
