警务大数据平台构建探讨

以云计算、大数据、物联网为代表的信息新技术,正引领经济社会发展进入数据化新时代。在警务工作中人流、物流、信息流不断加强,数据总量以前所未有的速度在快速增长,公安机关要利用大数据等信息新技术来大力推动“智慧警务”建设,建立警务大数据应用平台,全面助推公安工作质量变革、效率变革、动力变革。本文阐述了警用大数据的应用价值,提出了警用大数据平台架构设想和设施要点。

Discussion on the construction of police big data platform

The new information technology represented by cloud computing,big data and Internet of things is leading the economic and social development into a new era of data.In the police work,the flow of people,logistics and information is continuously strengthened,and the total amount of data is growing at an unprecedented speed.The public security organs should use new information technologies such as big data to vigorously promote the construction of“smart police”,establish a police big data application platform,and comprehensively promote the quality,efficiency and power changes of public security work.This paper expounds the application value of police big data,and puts forward the framework assumption and key points of facilities of police big data platform.
