摘    要:针对隔振系统受到强烈干扰或冲击,导致控制器输出信号超出作动器工作电流范围,使控制系统失效的问题,提出了一种自适应饱和抑制算法.首先对电磁作动器特性进行分析,得出作动器会随电流增大产生磁饱和现象导致进入饱和区.然后在FXLMS算法基础上引入抑制因子对控制权系数更新进行修正,从而增强在受到强烈干扰或冲击系统的鲁棒性.仿真和...

Abstract:Here,aiming at the problem of vibration isolation system being strongly disturbed or impacted to cause output signal of its controller exceeding working current range of actuator and failure of its control system,an adaptive saturation suppression algorithm was proposed.Firstly,characteristics of electromagnetic actuator were analyzed,and it was shown that the actuator can generate magnetic saturation phenomenon with increase in current,and enter the saturation region.Then,based on the algorithm FXLMS,the suppression factor was introduced to update the control weight coefficient,and enhance the robustness of the system under strong interference or impact.Simulation and test results showed that the proposed algorithm can better suppress effects of actuator saturation,achieve the significant control effect on dual-frequency excitation,and reveal the system’s good robustness when it is impacted.
