摘    要:利用现代设计方法对内燃机研究方案的效果进行先期预算,缩短内燃机开发的周期。具体途径是借助计算机软件对内燃机进行优化试验。为使研究的问题简化,单缸试验机一直是开发新机型和对现有产品的性能和结构参数进行优化的主要工具之一。文中应用AVL BOOST软件,建立某单缸柴油机工作过程计算模型,并在建立模型的基础上,分析喷油提前角对总体性能的影响,并最终确定此柴油机的最佳喷油提前角。

Abstract:Modern design method is used for the research of internal combustion engine to estimate the program effect in advance,which shortens the development cycle of internal combustion engine.Specific approach is that the computer software is programmed to do engine optimizing testing.In order to simplify the research,single-cylinder testing machine has been one of the main tools to develop new models and to optimize the performance and structural parameter of existing products.With the application of AVL BOOST software,the working process calculation model of a single-cylinder diesel engine is established.The engine oil pre-angle on the impact of overall performance is analyzed,and the diesel engine oil pre-angle is determined ultimately based on the establishment of the model.
