摘    要:以十四醇、环氧氯丙烷为原料反应得到中间体长链烷基缩水甘油醚,再与三乙胺盐酸盐进一步反应合成了醚型季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂3-十四烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三乙基氯化铵(TPAC).采用正交试验确定了终产物(TPAC)的优化合成工艺,此条件下产率92.2%.终产物结构通过红外光谱及元素分析得以证实.25℃下测得TPAC的γ_(cmc)=34.80 mN/m,cmc为8.31×10~(-4)mol/L,0.1 mol/L溶液发泡力较弱.将其用作棉织物的柔软整理剂,表现出较好的效果.

Abstract:Tetradecyl alcohol and epichlorohydrin were used as starting materials for reaction to get an intermediate alkyl glycidyl ether. The intermediate was further reacted with triethyl amine hydrochloride to prepare a cationic surfactant of ether type quat, 3 - tetradecyloxy - 2 - hydroxy - propyltriethylammonium chloride (TPAC). The optimal conditions were identified through orthogonal experimental design and the product yield achieves 92.2%. The end product was characterized by IR spectrum and elemental analysis. At 25 ℃ ,the cmc of TPAC was determined as 8.31 × 10~(-4) mol/L and the surface tension γ_(cmc) as 34. 80 mN/m. The product TPAC shows lower foaming power at an aqueous solution concentration of 0. 1 mol/L. The product can be used as finishing agent for the cotton fabrics, showing good softening performances.
