摘    要:机枪的固有振动特性是影响其射击精度的重要因素之一。采取有限元预分析辅助模态试验方案的制定,建立了基于LMS系统的模态试验系统,对某型机枪进行了模态试验,并与有限元模型计算结果进行了对比,两种方法的结果基本一致。利用机枪结构模态试验分析的结果,计算出机枪结构第一阶固有频率对质量和刚度的灵敏度,对其进行了分析并对结构修改前后枪口点的响应特性进行了仿真计算与分析。结果表明,结构修改后机枪的射向一致性更加合理。
