摘    要:巷道爆破掘进过程中过短或过长的炮孔堵塞都会对爆破效果和施工进度造成不良影响。为获得某金矿爆破掘进最优掏槽炮孔堵塞长度,采用了ANSYS/DYNA数值仿真软件模拟了不同堵塞长度(0 cm、10 cm、20 cm、30 cm、40 cm、50 cm、60 cm)下的爆破施工,分析了相应的炮孔不同位置处岩体应力变化曲线,并进行了不同堵塞长度的爆破效果试验,对比不同工况下的大块率、炮孔利用率等爆破效果。试验结果表明:对比峰值应力获得了最优的堵塞长度为30 cm,实际工况下堵塞长度为30~40 cm时爆破效果是最好的,得到了爆破质量随堵塞长度变化的规律,过长或过短的堵塞都会引起不良爆破效果。

Abstract:In the process of tunnel blasting,short or long stemming will influence blasting effect and construction schedule.In order to obtain the optimum stemming length in the certain gold mine,the numerical simulation software ANSYS/DYNA was used to simulate the different stem length(0 cm,10 cm,20 cm,30 cm,40 cm,50 cm,60 cm) under the blasting construction.Meanwhile,the stress curve of different rock body near blast hole was analyzed,and the blasting tests of different blockage lengths were carried out by comparing with the large block rate,blast hole utilizing factor and other blasting effects under different conditions.The test results show that,by comparing the peak stress,the optimal stemming length of 30 cm was obtained.When the stemming length was 30~40 cm,the optimized blasting effect was achieved.The rule of blasting quality change with the stemming length was also obtained.Meanwhile,too long or too short stemming would influence blasting effect.
