巴戟天和天麻复合物改善睡眠作用的研究

摘    要:目的评价巴戟天和天麻复合物改善睡眠的作用。方法巴戟天和天麻复合物分别以0.175、0.35、0.70 g/kg剂量给小鼠连续灌胃给药30 d后,通过直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验来观察小鼠睡眠相关指标。结果与阴性对照组相比,该复合物3个剂量显著延长小鼠在戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验中的睡眠时间(P0.05),明显缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期(P0.05),但该复合物对直接睡眠无影响,未增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量诱导的小鼠睡眠发生率(P0.05)。结论受试物具有改善小鼠睡眠的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the combined efficacy of Morinda officinalis How and Rhizoma Gastrodiae to improve sleep. Methods: The combined effects of Morinda officinalis Howand Tall and Rhizoma Gastrodiae to improve sleep were evaluated through direct sleep experiments, prolonged sleep time with pentobarbital sodium, subthreshold hypnotic experiments with sodium pentobarbital, and sleep latency tests with sodium barbiturate. Results: The combination of the two had no effect on direct sleep and the hypothalamic dose of sodium pentobarbital, but prolonged the sleep time of sodium pentobarbital and shortened the sleep latency of sodium barbiturate.
