摘    要:目的观察一种中草药抑菌洗液的抑菌效果与毒性,为其安全使用提供依据。方法采用肉汤稀释法和动物试验法,对该抑菌洗液的体外抑菌效果与毒性进行试验观察。结果该抑菌洗液为多种中草药提取物制备而成,以其原液作用2 min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌抑菌率均为99. 99%。该制剂原液密封储存于54℃恒温箱内2周,其抑菌效果不下降。抑菌洗液原液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50> 5 000 mg/(kg·bw),小鼠骨髓微核试验结果为阴性,多次皮肤刺激指数为0。结论该中草药抑菌洗液有较强的抑菌作用,为无毒级物质,对皮肤无刺激性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect and toxicity of a Chinese herbal medicine bacteriostatic lotion,and to provide a basis for its safe use. Methods The broth dilution and animal experiment methods were used to observe the bacteriostatic effect and toxicity of the bacteriostatic lotion in vitro. Results The bacteriostatic lotion was prepared from extracts of various Chinese herbal medicine. The antibacterial rates of the stock solution to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were 99. 99% when treated for 2 min. The antimicrobial effect of the stock solution was not decreased when it was sealed and stored in 54 ℃ incubator for two weeks. The LD50 of acute oral toxicity test of the stock solution of bacteriostatic lotion in mice was 5 000 mg/( kg·bw). The results of bone marrow micronucleus test in mice were negative,and the multiple skin irritation index was 0. Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine bacteriostatic lotion had strong antibacterial effect,and had no toxic effect and irritation to skin.
