| 摘 要： | 为充分回收利用云南某多金属矿尾矿中的锡,对尾矿进行了矿石性质和选矿试验研究,研究发现尾矿粒度很细,属于难选矿。经过对比试验,利用高效离心机FALCON对细粒级锡石的选别有一定的效果,能得到作业回收率49.82%,对原矿23.00%的离心机精矿,离心机精矿经过分级摇床精选能得到锡品位31.40%,作业回收率51.46%,对原矿回收率11.84%的锡精矿。高效离心机FALCON工业生产运行稳定,得到含锡40.42%,作业回收率42.36%,对原矿回收率9.11%的锡精矿,增加了企业的经济效益,实现了资源的有效利用。
