| 摘 要： | 根据相关国家规范、行业标准，结合实际生产，用Visual studio编程开发基于3G手机运行的高程测量及其信息系统软件——3G HIS。利用3G手机的GPS功能及照相、摄像功能，进行平面定位、摄像，获取高程固定点或测量线路上任意点的地理位置信息以及动、静态图像信息，从而建立高程测量多元化信息系统，并实现远程实时交流信息。
