双楔形掏槽方法和光面爆破技术的综合设计

摘    要:针对一些围岩较为坚固难爆的巷道,采用新型的双楔形掏槽方法并结合光面爆破技术,通过理论分析得出了炮眼直径、炮眼深度、炮眼数目、炮眼的布置方式、炮眼装药量、炸药单耗和一次起爆药量等爆破参数。最后,通过具体应用示例,验证了这些参数确定方法的正确性。

Abstract:In the design of roadway excavation in hardy and difficult-to-blasting rock,a new double-wedge cutting method combining with smooth blasting technology was adopted.Through theoretical analysis,the blasting parameters,such as the diameter,length,number pattern and explosive load of blast hole,specific charge,the explosive of ignition at one time and so on,were determined.The correctness of determining methods of these parameters was validated by a case of application.
