| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用固碱进行VCM脱水干燥的机理及干燥流程设计,采用上海氯碱创业公司生产的棒碱后,上海氯碱化工股份有限公司的VCM装置从未出现过设备堵塞现象,2000年棒碱的平均单耗为3.8t/(万t·VCM),VCM的质量明显提高。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of drying VCM by soli d caustic soda and the design of drying flow path were introduced.Since the bar caustic soda produced by Shanghai Chuangye Company was adopted,the blockage of e quipments during the production of VCM had never occurred.In the year 2000 ,the average consumption of bar caustic soda was 3.8 tons per 10 thousands tons of VC M,and the quality of VCM was improved obviously. |
