摘    要: 摘 要:目前我国全深冻结立井井筒主要采用双层钢筋混凝土塑料夹层复合井壁支护结构形式,但它并没有从根本上解决冻结井壁开裂渗漏水难题。本文针对陕西彬长集团胡家河煤矿主立井全深冻结井筒井壁渗漏水及井筒里程位置471.8m箕斗装载硐室I号检修通道冷冻管大量集中涌水水害技术难题,在分析研究井壁渗漏水原因及冷冻管环形空间导水通道导水机理的基础上,采用分段下行、段内上行壁间、壁后及冷冻管环形导水通道综合注浆、对点注浆、连续注浆及安装孔口防喷装置解决了井壁渗漏水问题;创新运用锚拉水闸强、围堰法埋设导水管、立井冷冻管环形导水通道逆流引流注浆技术彻底解决集中涌水水害难题,整个井筒堵水率达到了95.3%,能够为其它类似注浆施工提供指导作用。

Abstract:Abstract: At the present time, although the new vertical shaft adopts composite shaft lining which is composite of double-layer laminated plastic in reinforced concrete wall structure when supporting freezing shaft wall, it has not resolved the problem of leakage water of freezing shaft wall, and it will becomes more serious. This paper against water disasters technical problems that leaking water of full-depth freezing shaft sidewall and frozen tube inrushing water in numberⅠoverhaul channel of skip loading cavern 471.8m mileage position of shaft of Shaanxi bin-chang group company Hu jia he mine coal, analyzed and studied the reason of shaft sidewall leakage water and frozen tube annular guide water channel conduction mechanism, adopted the comprehensive grouting technique that subsection downlink, section within uplink’ intramural, wall after and frozen tube annular guide water channel grouting, point-to-point grouting, continuous grouting, at the same time installed the orifice prevent-spray device solved the shaft sidewall leakage water problem, creatively used the anchor sluice wall, cofferdam’ way buried aqueduct, reverse-current’ water diversion grouting of vertical shaft frozen tube annular guide water channel Thoroughly solved the inrushing water disaster problem, the whole shaft’ ponding rate was 95.3%, can provide guidance for other similar grouting engineering.
