摘    要:利用API2 0E系统鉴定 18株肠杆菌科细菌 ,鉴定结果符合率 10 0 % ,并用API2 0E ,API 2 0NE ,APISTAPH和API2 0cAUX分别对分离自化妆品和一次性使用卫生用品的 183株革兰氏阴性发酵杆菌 ,革兰氏阴性非发酵杆菌 ,革兰氏阳性球菌和酵母菌成功进行了菌种鉴定 ,另有 3株革兰氏阴性氧化酶阴性杆菌未能鉴定到种

Abstract:With 100% accuracy 18 bacterial strains belong to Enterobacteriaceae were identified adopting API20E system. 183 out of 186 strains isolated from cosmetics and sanitary products were identified and characterized to strain as Gram-negative rod-shaped fermentative bacteria, Gram-positive rod-shaped non-fermentative bacteria, Gram-positive cocci, and yeast successfully by API20E, API20NE, API20cAUX, and APISTAPH respectively. Only the 3 strains were failed to identify to the species. Therefore, API system is considered to be a very useful technique for fast identification of bacteria and yeasts.
