| 摘 要： | 研制了一种以热电偶作为传感器,将经过调理后的温度信号利用A/D转换芯片TLC2543进行A/D转换,并通过计算机并口控制参数设置与数据传输的焊接温度场测量仪.同时,开发了基于该仪器的软件系统,利用计算机实时地记录温度场变化.实际应用证明该仪器对于焊接温度场的实时测量具有良好效果.

| Abstract: | In this paper, a welding temperature field meter is described, which uses thermocouple as sensor and TLC2543 as A/D conversion chip. It communicates with computer through parallel port. The related software is developed to record temperature data in the whole process. Practical use showed that the instrument has good effect on realtime measurement of welding temperature distribution during plate butt welding. |
