操作面板与PMC通信方式的研究

摘    要:研究数控机床操作面板与PMC系统之间的通信方式,详细分析点对点式、矩阵式通信方式的优、缺点,设计了编码式通信方式,并给出其通信结构框图.实践结果证明:编码式通信方式具有经济、实时性好和可靠性高的优点.

Abstract:The communication modes between operation panel and PMC were researched.Pros and cons were described in modes of point to point and matrix.Encode mode was designed and its communication architecture chart was presented.Practice results prove that the communication mode of encode is economical,timely and reliable.
