摘    要:加工仿真是虚拟制造的核心技术之一,为产品的可制造性提供关键数据,介绍利用VERICUT建立机床仿真模型的方法及过程,同时建立三、四和五轴联动数控机床模型,并对其加工效果进行比较,总结各数控机床的加工特点,为数控机床的选用和研究提供参考.

Abstract:CNC machining simulation is one of the core technologies of virtual manufacturing which offers important data for the analysis of product manufacturing.The method and process of establishing NC machine tool simulation model based on VERICUT were introduced.The machining results of three-axis,four-axis and five-axis NC machine tools were compared.The characteristics of each NC machine tool were summarized.It provides reference for study and selection of NC machine tools.
