摘    要:柴油发电机组是海洋钻井平台中的重要设备。针对海洋平台的风险性高、管理难度大等特殊性,提出了一种基于以太网技术的柴油发电机组远程诊断系统。该系统借助于三菱工控产品,利用模糊推理和专家系统的方法,完成对柴油发电机组故障的准确判断和远程诊断,从而实现了陆地工作人员对平台上柴油发电机组的状态监控和远程维护。实验结果表明,该设计使生产、管理人员能及时控制和掌握生产动态,降低人员及设备的风险性,实现自动化管理。

Abstract:Diesel generators are very important equipments on drilling rig.According to the specialities of offshore drilling rig,such as high risk and difficulty in management,a novel remote diagnostic system based on internet technology is presented.Applying the Mitsubishi instruments,using fuzzy reference and expert system,the system can exactly judge the fault of the generators and remotely diagnose,so as to realize the function of condition monitoring and remote maintenance,fault diagnosis of the diesel generators.Meanwhile by using fuzzy diagnosis arithmetic,fuzzy relation matrix and fault diagnosis of flow chart are established.The results show that the dynamic production status can be controlled and mastered ontime,the risk of personnel and equipments are reduced and the automatic manggement is realized.
