摘    要:目的探讨CBL联合PBL教学法在中西医结合外科临床实践教学中的效果。方法选取在中西医结合外科进行毕业实习的本科学生60名,每月按报到先后随机分为CBL联合PBL组和传统教学组,每组30名,实习结束后进行理论和实践考核及问卷调查。结果 CBL联合PBL组学生在理论测试、体格检查、病例分析及出科考核总成绩等方面明显优于传统教学组(P <0.05),基本操作成绩与传统教学组比较无显著差异。结论 CBL联合PBL教学法可显著提高中西医结合外科临床实践教学效果,值得在中医院校临床实践教学中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of CBL combined with PBL in clinical practice teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western surgical education. Methods Sixty undergraduate students who had graduated from the department of integrated traditional Chinese and Western surgery were selected and were randomly divided into CBL combined PBL group and traditional teaching group according to their registration sequence, with 30 students per group. Theoretical and practical assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted after the internship. Results The CBL combined with PBL group was significantly superior to the traditional teaching group(P <0.05) in terms of theoretical test, physical examination, case analysis and the total score of admission examination, etc., and there was no significant difference in the basic operating performance compared with the traditional teaching group. Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical practice teaching effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western surgical education, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice teaching of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
