| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效 ,探讨治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法。方法 :随机选择儿童慢性鼻窦炎 15 0例 ,分别用中西医结合及单纯西药治疗 ,并对比疗效。结果 :中西医结合治疗组总有效率为 93 3% ,对照组总有效率为 6 0 0 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组症状与体征的改善明显优于对照组。结论 :中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著 ,安全可靠 ,副作用少 ,是目前治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating children chronic nasosinusitis. Method:150 cases with children chronic nasosinusitis were divided at random.90 cases were treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine and 60 cases were treated by western medicine by control.Result:The general effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,of the control group was 60.0%.The difference between them was significant.The improvment of symptoms and sign were distinct better than those of the contol group. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and western medicine is effect,safe and reliable,less side effects in treating children. |
