肌成纤维细胞与肾小管间质纤维化

摘    要:肾小管间质纤维化(RIF)是各种慢性肾脏疾病最后的共同途径,是国内外医学研究的热点问题之一。近年来,有关肌成纤维细胞(MyoF)在RIF形成中的作用备受关注。MyoF具有很强的合成细胞外基质能力,与RIF关系非常密切,并可能成为RIF防治的新靶标,将为研究RIF的发生机制和寻找延缓各种慢性肾脏疾病进展的有效措施提供新的思路。

Abstract:Renal tubulointerstital fibrosis(RIF)is a final common pathway in the chronic kidney disease,which is one of the hot topic of researches at home and abroad.In recent years the myofibroblast(MyoF)in the role of RIF development was paid more attention to.MyoF has a strong synthesis of extracellular matrix(ECM)capability,which has a very close relationship with the RIF,and may be a new target for prevention and treatment.The research of MyoF will provide a new idea for the study of the RIF mechanism and search...
