| 摘 要： | 本文用白细胞移动抑制试验(LMIT)对254名男女受试者作精于抗原(7×10~/毫升)的细胞免疫检测。结果44名正常有生育力的男子中,2名阳性;86名原因不明不育男子中,19名阳性。30名处女中,全阴性;30名正常有生育力已婚妇女中有9名阳性;64名不明原因不育妇女申有13名阳性。上述观察说明LMIT可作为测定精子抗原的细胞免疫的方法之一,且有助于男子不育症的诊断,妇女接触过精液后可引起对精子抗原的细胞免疫反应。

| Abstract: | The leucocyte migration inhibition test (LMIT) to human spermatozoal antigen (7× 10~6/ml) was studied in 254 men and women. The inhibition in the presence of spermatozoal antigen was taken as an index of cell-mediated immunity. Two of the 44 normal fertile men showed a positive LMIT reaction, while 19 of the 86 infertile men gave a positive reaction. Among females, 9 of 30 fertile women and 13 of 64 infertile women were positive for LMIT. In a group of 30 virgins, no positive reaction was observed. This shows that LMIT is one of the methods for the detection of cell-mediated immunity to spermatozoal antigen. Infertile men and married women may acquire cell-mediated immunity to spermatozoal antigen. |
