| 摘 要： | 分析临床决策知识管理的内容，将其概括为患者数据管理、显性知识（学术知识）管理和隐性知识（实践经验）管理三部分，并在此基础上提出了临床决策知识管理系统的总体框架，认为临床决策知识管理系统可由三个子系统建构而成，即医院的信息系统、知识库和知识社群。

| Abstract: | By analyze the content of clinic decision-making knowledge management, then sum up three portion,patients＇ data management,unclosed knowledge （learned knowledge） management and recessive knowledge （experience） management. On the base ofprophase research,adcance the whole frame of clinic decision-making knowledge management system,and then reckon clinic decision-making knowledge management system which has three subsystem,hospital information system, knowledge data and knowledge colony. |
