| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对阿维菌素、氟铃脲分别进行定量，此方法的标准偏差阿维菌素为0．0063，氟铃脲为0．0075，变异系数阿维菌素为1．13％，氟铃脲为0．29％。回收率阿维菌素为98．21％-101．82％，氟铃脲为99．61％～100．40％。

| Abstract: | This paper introcued a method for separation and determination of abamectin and hexaflumuron in their mixture by HPLC. The result showed,for abamectin and hexaflumuron,the satandard deviation were 0.0063 and 0.0075,the variation coefficient were 1.13% and 0. 29 %, the average recoveries were 98.21% ~ 101.82 % and 99.61% - 100.40 %. |
