深圳市龙岗街道已婚育龄妇女生殖健康及干预状况分析

目的 :了解本辖区内长期居住的同一人群已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况及实施干预治疗措施效果。方法 :统计分析 2 0 0 2、2 0 0 3、2 0 0 4年妇科和实验室检查的体检资料。结果 :已婚育龄妇女 3年生殖健康疾病的总发病率分别为2 4 5 %、2 2 5 %、2 2 0 % ,差别有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;阴道炎的发病率分别为 9 4 %、7 8%、3 35 % ,差别有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;宫颈疾病发病率分别为 11.2 %、11.3%、13 4 % ,差别有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;乳腺疾病分别为 1 37%、2 32 %、3 35 % ,差别有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;宫颈疾病在女性人群中患病率最高。 17%的患者患有两种以上的妇科疾病。结论 :生殖道感染干预工程的实施对已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染有一定的控制 ,但单纯的干预治疗对女性生殖道感染总体疗效不明显 ,必须加强女性的卫生知识 ,提高自我保健意识 ,结合干预治疗措施 ,才能使生殖道感染得到有效控制 ,促进妇女生殖健康

Reproductive Health Status and Intervention among Married Women at Childbearing Age in Longgang for Recent Three Years

Objective: To understand the reproductive health status among married women at childbearing age who reside in the same popedom for a long time. And to work out valid intervention. Methods: the check-up data of gynaecology and laboratory from 2002 to 2004 were analyzed. Results: The total incidence of reproductive duct diseases in 2002, 2003 and 2004 were 24.5%, 22.5% and 22.0% respectively, which had significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of colpitis were 9.4%, 7.8% and 3.35% respectively. The incidence of mammary diseases were 1.37%, 2.32% and 3.35% respectively. Cervical diseases had the highest incidence. 17% patients had more than two kinds of gynaecological diseases. Conclusion: The intervention program has some positive effect on reproductive duct infection. It is necessary to enhance women's sanitary knowledge and improve the self-health care to control the infection effectively.
