| Abstract: | Building innovative petroleum enterprise culture must stick to the principle of history,science,human-orientation and uniqueness.At the same time,the basic content of idea,system and matter culture must be added into it.The author advocates promoting the enterprise to develop fast and well by means of strengthening ideological guidance,implementing organizational guidance and establishing character examples. |
