酪氨酸激酶B在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及与嗜神经侵袭的关系

目的检测酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)在涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)的表达情况，探讨TrkB与ACC嗜神经侵袭的关系。方法研究对象为28例ACC，3例正常腮腺，3例正常颌下腺，3例正常舌下腺及5例涎腺腺泡细胞癌标本，采用免疫组织化学及图像分析法对组织切片中的TrkB进行检测。结果以病理学表现为标准，28例ACC中的嗜神经侵袭率为46．4％(13／28)，TrkB阳性率为92．8％(26／28)，存在嗜神经现象组中TrkB表达水平明显高于未见嗜神经现象组(P=0．001)。TrkB的表达在正常大涎腺的导管细胞为阳性，而在腺泡细胞癌胞浆内均为阴性。结论TrkB可能作为ACC嗜神经侵袭的生物学标志物。TrkB表达的增高可能是ACC嗜神经侵袭的机理之一。

Tyrosine kinase B expression correlates with perineural invasion in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma

Objective Objective To observe the expression of TrkB in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC), and to evaluate the relationship between TrkB and perineural invasion in ACC.Methods TrkB was examined in 28 salivary ACC , 3 normal parotid glands, 3 normal submandibular gland, 3 sublingual gland and 5 acinic cell carcinoma tissue samples by immunohistochemical SABC method and image analysis.Results In pathological study, the rate of perineural invasion in ACC was 46.4%(13/28). TrkB was positive in 92.8%(26/28) of ACC, and TrkB expression in group with perineural invasion was significantly higher than the one without perineural invasion (P=0.001). TrkB showed positive in ductule cells of normal big salivary gland but not in acinic cell carcinoma.Conclusion TrkB may be considered as a biological marker for perineural invasion in salivary ACC. Enhanced expression of TrkB may contribute to perineural invasion in salivary ACC.
