食品专业《新产品开发》实验教学的探索与实践

摘    要:新产品开发实验教学让学生掌握新产品开发的技能与技巧,是培养学生创造能力,尤其是培养学生的动手能力,培养和造就分析和解决生产中的实际问题的实用型人才,重要环节.本文分析了当前食品专业实验教学改革面临的形势,针对教学存在的问题,进行了一些改革,从而提高了学生的实验技能和综合素质,进一步提高了教学质量.

Abstract:The experiment teaching of the course of New Product Development is intended to let students master the techniques and skills in new product development,and it is a major link in nurturing students creative ability,manual skills and the ability to solve practical problems.This paper puts forward some innovations to the present experiment teaching mode,which is designed to improve students' experimental skills and overall quality and to improve the teaching effects.
