华新镇慢性病及其高危人群的慢性病知识现状分析

目的了解华新镇慢性病及其高危人群的慢性病知晓率情况，为今后有针对性地开展健康教育工作以及制定健康教育干预策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用随机采样的方法，抽取4个村小组共选择873名年龄≥35岁，患有高血压和（或）糖尿病的农村居民及其高危人群。采取面对面问卷调查的方法，对慢性病知识知晓率进行调查，所有调查资料输入计算机，以SPSS13进行数据分析。结果不同年龄、不同文化程度的慢性病及其高危人群在慢性病知识知晓率存在着明显的差异，年轻人、文化程度高的人对慢性病知识的了解更多，性别之间不存在明显的差异。结论社区慢性病健康教育中，要注重系统性、全面性、重复性，对于不同人群应区别对待，采取适应不同年龄阶段、不同文化程度的对策。

Investigation of the Related Knowledge of Chronic Diseases and High-Risk Patients in Huaxin Town

Objective To investigate the related knowledge of chronic diseases and high-risk patients and to provide a scientific basis conduct of targeted carrying out health education work and the development of health education intervention strategies and measures in Huaxin Town. Methods The random sampling method was used and four village group of 873 aged≥35 years old that suffering from hypertension and （or） diabetes rural residents and high-risk patients were selected. Results There was a clear difference between different ages and education of chronic diseases and high-risk patients and their knowledge level in chronic diseases. The younger, higher educated at high risk of chronic diseases and their knowledge rate of chronic diseases was higher. And its relation with sex was not significant. Conclusion Chronic diseases in community health education,to focus on systemat- ic, comprehensive, repeatable, should be treated differently to suit different ages, different educational level of response.
