集束化护理预防急性心肌梗死病人便秘的效果观察

目的]观察集束化护理预防急性心肌梗死病人便秘的效果。方法]将80例急性心肌梗死接受住院治疗的病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,两组病人均给予24h心电监护并按医嘱进行治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予集束化护理,在护理过程中观察并记录病人的腹胀程度、首次排便时间、排便总有效率和粪便性状。结果]护理干预后观察组病人排便总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);观察组病人Bristol大便性状和大便次数评分均明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组病人首次排便时间明显短于对照组,不良排便发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论]对急性心肌梗死病人实施集束化护理可改善其便秘情况,缩短首次排便时间,降低腹胀发生率。

Observation on effect of cluster of care for prevention of constipation of patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster of care for prevention of constipation of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.Both groups of pa-tients were treated with 24 hours of ECG monitoring and treated by doctor's advice.The patients in control group received conventional nursing,while the patients in observation group received the cluster of care.The de-gree of abdominal distension,the first defecation time,the total effective rate and the stool characteristics were observed and recorded during the nursing process.Results:After nursing intervention,the total effective rate of defecation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05);the Bristol stool frequency and stool consistency in observation group were signifi-cantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The first defe-cation time of patients in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster of care for patients with acute myocardial infarction could improve their constipation,shorten the first defecation time and reduce the incidence of abdominal distension.
