| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨补肾活血胶囊增加骨密度的作用机制。[方法]选择符合肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症患者31例,应用补肾活血胶囊治疗6个月,观察患者治疗前ALP、Ca2+、P-、骨密度变化。[结果]补肾活血胶囊能够显著提高骨密度,降低患者血清ALP、Ca2+、P-的离散度。[结论]补肾活血胶囊能够增加患者骨密度,改善钙、磷代谢。
