摘    要:为量化海绵城市建设和运行过程中的碳排放,分析碳排放的关键影响因素,以北京某100 km^(2)片区为研究区,对其海绵城市建设和运行过程中的碳排放进行了估算,分析了海绵城市达标面积比例、径流总量控制率、压力流管网比例等控制指标与碳排放量的相关关系。研究结果表明:海绵城市建设阶段的碳排放主要集中在材料生产阶段,多数设施的材料隐含碳占建设阶段总碳排放量的80%以上,施工相关的碳排放相对较少;在相同雨水控制水平下,灰色雨水基础设施的碳排放高于绿色雨水基础设施;研究区在30 a全生命周期内建设阶段和运行阶段碳排放量(以CO_(2)计)分别为17.36万t和-16.71万t;海绵城市达标面积比例、年径流总量控制率、排水方式是影响海绵城市建设和运行过程中碳排放的关键因素,海绵城市达标面积比例和年径流总量控制率每提高1%,全生命周期碳排放量约分别减少0.19万t和0.25万t,压力流管网比例每减少1%,全生命周期碳排放量平均减少约249 t。

Abstract:In order to quantify the carbon emissions during the construction and operation of sponge cities and analyze the key influencing factors of carbon emissions, a 100 km2 area in Beijing was taken as the study area, estimates of carbon emissions from the construction and operation of its sponge city, the relationship between carbon emission and control indexes such as proportion of qualified area, control rate of total runoff and proportion of pressure flow pipe network in sponge city was analyzed. The results show that the carbon emission of sponge city is mainly concentrated in the material production stage, and the hidden carbon in the material of most facilities accounts for more than 80% of the total carbon emission in the construction stage, and the construction-related carbon emission is relatively small. Under the same stormwater control level, the carbon emission of grey stormwater infrastructure is higher than that of green stormwater infrastructure; During the 30-year life cycle of the study area, the carbon emissions during construction and operation stages (in terms of CO2) were 173 600 t and - 167 100 t, respectively. The key factors affecting carbon emission in the construction and operation of sponge cities are the proportion of qualified area, annual total runoff control rate and drainage mode, for every 1% increase in the proportion of the area up to the standard and in the control rate of annual total runoff, the carbon emissions in the whole life of the sponge city will be reduced by 1 900 t and 2 500 t respectively, and the proportion of the pressure flow pipe network will be reduced by 1%, carbon emissions during the whole life cycle were reduced by 249 t on average. © 2023, Editorial Board of Water Resources Protection.
