摘    要:针对轨道刚度检测数据中由于钢轨焊接接头所导致的高频冲击成分,提出基于多分辨率分析的自适应信号平滑方法对实测数据进行预处理。通过多分辨率分析手段将信号分解为高频和低频成分,利用高频信号尺度平均小波功率谱识别钢轨焊接接头位置,并通过自适应平滑方法消除信号中高频冲击成分干扰。实测数据验证结果表明,上述方法可以在保留反映轨下基础结构中长波成分基础上有效消除由于焊接接头高频冲击特性所造成的影响,为检测数据分析及轨道状态评价打下良好的基础。

Abstract:An self-adaptive signal smoothing method based on multi-resolution analysis was proposed to preprocess the track stiffness inspection data with high frequency impact components caused by the welded joints.The signal is decomposed into high frequency components and low frequency components by means of multi-resolution analysis,the position of the welded joint was identified by using the scale averaged wavelet power of high frequency signal,and the interference of high frequency impact components in the signal was eliminated by adaptive smoothing method.The verification results of the inspection data show that the above method can effectively eliminate the interference caused by the high frequency impact characteristics of welded joints while retaining the medium wave components and long wave components of the foundation structure under the rail,thus laying a good foundation for the analysis of the track stiffness inspection data and the evaluation of the track status.
