既有铁路黄河大桥改造方案的优化

摘    要:研究既有铁路黄河桥改造方案,结合项目实际和现场条件,提出3项优化措施:墩帽改造采用永临结合"钢壳"方案,减少常规模板安装、拆除等工作量;利用旧梁整体提升架、梁顶有轨小车和新梁拼装大型桥式门吊等措施提高施工物资运输效率;适度扩大并均衡配置钢梁场地规模,增加钢梁单次安拆节段数,减少施工循环次数。以上措施有效加快了工程建设,缩短工期约120 d。

Abstract:The reconstruction scheme of the existing railway Yellow River Bridge was studied,and three optimization measures based on the actual project and site conditions were proposed.The steel shell scheme combining permanent structure and temporary formwork was adopted for pier cap reconstruction to reduce the routine formwork installation and removal.The transport efficiency of construction materials was improved by using the whole lifting frame of old beam,the trolley on the top of the beam and the large bridge gantry crane assembled with the new beam.Appropriately expand and balance the steel beam site scale,so as to increase the number of single installation and dismantling sections of steel beams and reduce the number of construction cycles.All above measures can speed up the construction,and the period is shorten by 120 days.
