无砟轨道列车荷载层间分布特征及压电式测试系统研究

摘    要:为研究无砟轨道列车荷载传递特征及测试方法,建立了双块式无砟轨道实尺试验平台,分析了钢轨支点压力和道床板、支承层底部荷载分布规律,并与动力学仿真结果对比。得出主要结论:石基压电式压力测试系统及压电式测力垫板测试系统,测试结果准确可靠,可用于无砟轨道结构健康监测;道床板底部荷载横向呈双峰型分布,两轮载间荷载效应叠加不明显,横向分布范围占道床板宽度的50%左右,道床板宽度具有优化空间;轮载传递至支承层底部时呈M型分布,轮载分布较为均匀。理论分析和试验结果可为无砟轨道现场测试提供参考,所得荷载传递规律,可为无砟轨道尺寸优化和下部基础设计取值提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the train load transfer characteristics and test methods related to ballastless track,a full-scale model test platform of double-block ballastless track was established to analyze the distribution law of rail support pressure and the load of track slab and support layer bottom,and to compare with the dynamic simulation results.The main conclusions show that the test results of stone-based piezoelectric pressure test system and piezoelectric plate pressure test system are accurate and reliable,and can be used for the health monitoring of ballastless track.The train load at the bottom of bed slab shows bimodal distribution,with minor superposition effect of two-wheel load.The lateral distribution range accounts for about 50%of bed slab width,which width can be further optimized.The train load is M-shaped when it is transmitted to the bottom of the supporting layer,with relatively uniform wheel load distribution.The theoretical analysis and test results can provide references for the field test of ballastless track,and the train load transfer laws can provide a theoretical basis for the size optimization of ballastless track and the values of lower base design.
