摘    要:为使管片接头改进条带算法结果更加可靠,汇总了对结果影响最大的关键问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟等手段对问题逐一分析,并给出相应的初步建议。研究表明,改进条带算法中的混凝土有效宽度取值的合理范围是0.8~1.0倍的管片厚度;直斜弯螺栓与混凝土的变形协调关系是有区别的,给出了不同螺栓的变形增量与混凝土变形的关系公式;在手孔区接头板混凝土较薄时,应计入接头板局部变形对螺栓刚度的影响;混凝土材料宜选用满足安全概率的非线性参数,传力衬垫材料宜选用稳载条件下的试验曲线参数。研究结论是对改进条带算法关键细节补充完善,对同类力学模型算法也有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to deliver more reliable results of the improved strip mechanical calculation method for segmental joints,the key issues with the greatest impact on the results of the method were summarized.The issues were analyzed by the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and preliminary suggestions were given.The study shows that the reasonable range of effective concrete width in improved strip method is 0.8 to 1.0 times of segment thickness.Differences exist in the deformation coordination relationship between the straight,oblique and bending bolts and the concrete,and the formulas of the relationship between the deformation increment of different bolts and the deformation of concrete were given.If the concrete thickness of the joint plate is thinner,the influence of the local deformation of the joint plate on the bolt stiffness should be taken into account.Nonlinear parameters with safety probability should be selected for concrete materials,and test curve parameters under steady load condition should be selected for pressure-bearing gasket.The research conclusion,complementing and improving the key details of the improved strip algorithm,has reference value for similar mechanical model algorithms of segmental joints.
