两种镁剂疗法在预防心脏术后心律失常中的应用

目的：探讨心脏术后两种镁剂疗法在预防心律失常发生中的作用，探寻比较理想的补镁方案。方法：62例心脏手术患随机分为2组，对照组术后每日补充硫酸镁注射液50mg／kg，观察组术后每日补充硫酸镁注射液100mg／kg，两组给予适量的钾剂及钙剂。术后72h内持续心电监护观察心律、心率变化，术后3d内每日测定血镁浓度，并动态监测血钾、血钙浓度。结果：观察组术后3d血镁浓度明显高于对照组，观察组提高血镁浓度作用明显，其心律失常发生率明显低于对照组，两组术后血钾、血钙浓度均维持在正常范围，且无显差异。结论：心律失常与低镁血症关系密切，足量镁剂治疗可有效降低心律失常发生率。

Comparison of Two Magnesium Supplement Protocols in Preventing Postoperative Arrhythmia of Patients Undergoing Open-heart Operation

This article was designed to evaluate the therapeutic outcome of two magnesium supplement protocols in the prevention of postoperative arrhythmia in patients undergoing open-heart operation so as to seek a more ideal magnesium supplement protocol. 62 patients were divided into two groups: Group A using magnesium sulfate injection 50 mg/kg, and group B using 100 mg/kg. At the same time they were given potassium or calcium treatment as needed. Arrhythmia incidences, blood magnesium levels, blood potassium levels and blood calcium levels were observed 72 h after operation. The blood magnesium levels of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.01). The incidence of arrhythmia in group B was lower than that of group A (P<0.01). Meanwhile the blood levels of potassium and calcium were both within the normal range, and there was no significant difference. The results showed that sufficient magnesium administration reduced the incidence of arrhythmia in open-heart operation patients.
