摘    要:钻井泵曲轴是钻井泵中的重要部件,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件完成了曲轴的静强度计算,并进行了模态分析,获得了曲轴的特征频率和相应的振型。计算结果表明,在额定载荷作用下,曲轴的静强度过剩,前几阶模态频率远离曲轴的固有频率,不会产生共振。解决了曲轴实体模型仿真计算方法的难点。

Abstract:The crankshaft is very important in a pump, ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to implement the calculation of static strength of the crankshaft and a crankshaft modal analysis, thus obtaining characteristic frequency and the corresponding vibration mode. The re sults showed that, at given load, the static strength of the crankshaft was surplus; preceding modal frequency was beyond its original frequency, no resonance happened. The simulation model calculation of the difficulties crankshaft entities was solved.
