荧光余辉测温法中的数据处理

摘    要:在荧光余辉测温法中,数据处理的关键是尽可能准确地求取荧光寿命τ,而通过光电转换接收到的荧光信号中常伴有随机噪声、直流偏移成分等背景干扰,严重影响测温效果.基于该原因,提出了用软件来消除背景干扰的方法,并介绍如何通过最小二乘法来拟合测量数据,从而较准确地求取荧光寿命τ.理论分析和实验结果都表明,这套软件处理方法可以提高系统的信噪比,改善测温系统的测量效果.

Abstract:It is critical to get the fluorescence lifetime exactly in temperature measurement based on(fluorescence) lifetime.However,the received signal of fluorescence decay after optoelectronic switching is often accompanied by random interference and DC offset,which affects the measurement effect violently.In view of this situation,methods to eliminate these background interferences with software were proposed.And least square method which could obtain the fluorescence lifetime exactly by the measure data was(introduced.)(Theoretical) analysis and experimental results show that these data processing methods can(improve)(Signal-to-Noise)(SNR) and measuring effect.
