摘    要:研究了铜/铝冷轧复合带在应变速率为0.0006~0.02 s-1、变形温度为400~500℃热压条件下的高温变形行为,分析了变形程度、变形温度和变形速率对变形抗力的影响,并在试验数据基础上建立了铜/铝复合带稳态流变应力的本构方程,计算值与实测数据之间具有较好的拟合性,可指导铜/铝复合带热加工工艺参数的选择。

Abstract:The hot deformation behaviors of cold-rolled copper/aluminium laminates were studied under the condition that the temperature was 400-500 ℃ and the strain rate was 0.0006-0.02 s-1.Effect of strain rate,deformation degree and temperature on deformation resistance were analyzed.The constitutive equation of steady flow stress of copper/aluminium laminates was established on the basis of test data,which could guide the choice of hot working process parameters of copper/aluminium laminates,since the calculated values fit measured data well.
