摘    要:对50CrVA钢断裂扭簧的断口进行了观察和能谱分析,并对扭簧的组织进行了检查,测试了扭簧的硬度和氢含量。结果表明,扭簧断口性质为氢致延迟断裂;扭簧氢脆断裂主要与簧丝热处理后镀镉之前簧丝过腐蚀而超量吸氢有关;扭簧硬度(强度)过高、除氢时间过短以及镀镉槽液污染也是导致其氢脆断裂的诱发因素。通过严格控制扭簧镀镉前的表面清理过程,增加镀前除氢处理,适当延长镀镉后的除氢时间,同时在保证扭簧弹力情况下,热处理时尽量降低簧丝硬度,可以预防扭簧氢脆失效。

Abstract:In order to find out the failure mode and cause of the 50CrVA steel torsion spring,macro and micro observation,EDS analysis,metallurgical structure examination,hardness and hydrogen content inspection were carried out.The results show that the crack of the torsion spring as a result of hydrogen brittleness.Excessive hydrogen absorption due to over etching during surface cleaning process before plating cadmium is the main cause for the hydrogen brittleness crack of the spring.Higher hardness,shorter dehydrogenation time and pollution of the cadmium plating fluid also promoted the hydrogen-induced crack.The hydrogen brittleness of the spring can be prevented by properly controlling surface cleaning process before plating cadmium,adding dehydrogenation before plating cadmium,prolonging dehydrogenation time after plating cadmium,and properly reducing the hardness of the spring.
